Self-Paced Online Modules:
Available beginning on or about January 7, and due January 25, 2026, before the live Zoom sessions. Self-paced modules take up to 18 hours to complete.
Live Zoom Session Dates: January 26-27, 2026
(Course starts at 8:00am and runs till 5:30pm ET on both consecutive dates)
Comprehensive Fee for the VIRTUAL TTS Training is $1,150.

TRAINING CONFIRMATION

Training spots will be filled first come, first served. Please expect an official confirmation email within about one month of submitting your registration form.
At that time, you'll be asked to submit payment. Payment may be made via Secure Credit Card processing.

Additional Information about our Virtual Tobacco Treatment Specialist Training:
The training format is virtual and encompasses both asynchronous (working with online materials at your own pace) and synchronous (working virtually together as a group) sections. The asynchronous portion will be conducted through the Canvas online platform in which participants independently complete a series of educational modules during the two weeks prior to our live, 2-day interactive Zoom sessions from 8:00am-5:30pm ET. The time for the online Canvas sections is variable, but could take up to 18 hours to review all modules, take quizzes, and read supplemental materials.

Professional Contact Hours are provided by UBHC for Physicians, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work, Professional Counselors, Marriage and Family Therapists, Licensed and Alcohol and Drug Counselors, Pharmacists (CPE), and Recovery Support Practitioners (CRSP). Certificate Fee for Professional Contact Hours provided by UBHC is $40 payable via credit card in RBHSCloudCME after completing post-program evaluation. Instructions will be provided following the training.
Professional Contact Hours are provided by the American Association for Respiratory Care for Respiratory Therapists and the Rutgers School of Public Health for Health Education Specialists. Individuals interested in these credits should email to training@ints.rutgers.edu and provide their CHES/MCHES or AARC number. Instructions will be provided following the training.
