Philip Morris has refused to pay fines resulting from its marketing violations in

Hungary. The company claims that Hungarian laws, which prohibit cigarette ads, are

unfair. Trolley cars in Prague, Czech Republic and in Budapest, Hungary resemble

giant Marlboro and Camel cigarette packs.
