Confirmation:

Due to the high demand for this training, your registration form, additional documentation and fees must be completed in advance to reserve your space in the training. Acceptance is based on the Tobacco Dependence Program receiving your completed registration package. In the event of multiple registrations being received on the same day, priority will be given to NJ Quitcenter participants. You will receive confirmation that you have been accepted for admission to attend.  A list of local hotels, along with directions and parking information will be included.
